Gwendolyn Oglesby-Odom, Ed.D. is the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President at Advocate Aurora Health’s Trinity Hospital. Gwendolyn has nearly 25-years of extensive healthcare operations, financial, accreditation and regulatory experience in the post-acute care setting. Prior to joining Advocate Aurora Health, she served as a Senior Healthcare Consultant for Strategic Healthcare Transformations where she provided consultative services to healthcare organizations aimed at cultivating robust, system-wide continuum of care initiatives that focused on strategically positioning healthcare organizations for growth and sustainability.
